This includes the work our Diversity, Inclusion, Belonging and Equity (DIBE) Council and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are doing, and the learnings that come from monthly DIBE Discussion Group meetings, annual inclusion surveys, and more.

We continue to create innovative and inclusive products by integrating accessibility into our designs.
COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIPS & GIVING
Each year, Clio Gives programming aims to give 1% of profit, 1% of empoyee time (we will pay Clions for up to 2.5 days per person for volunteering), 1% of product to strategic impact partnerships that increase access to justice, increase diversity in technology and enable well-being outcomes for lawyers.
We contribute over $32 million USD dollars worth of free technology to law schools, legal clinics, and paralegal schools through Clio’s Academic Access Program (CAAP).
